Scope of Work
- Developed Mobility Plan and Mobility Fee for area around the SunRail Transit Oriented Development area established in the Comprehensive Plan
- Worked with the City to reduce Volusia County’s Road Impact Fee within the TOD area
- Prepare additional, required, proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan to implement the mobility plan
